gxWork is a system used to support and supervise the work of the hospital's technical department, related to the buildings, installations and equipment subordinate to these services. The application takes into account the needs and specificity of the hospital in terms of technical infrastructure maintenance.
System functions:- Registration of breakdown emergency calls.
- Work efficiency and order improvement, shortening the time of fixing equipment.
- Supervision of the dates of mandatory inspections for construction works and installations.
- Settlement of costs of materials from warehouse documents and invoices to related wards.
- Settlement of working hours.
- Generation of comprehensive reports for management
- Keeping a record of maintenance and construction contracts.
- Maintenance of a central electronic register of reports. Reports are input directly by hospital wards.
